Interview with The Indian Queen ahead of their Basement Bash appearance – 28.3 Urban Spree

by | indieBerlin

The Indian Queen is a hard-hitting industrial rock duo from Berlin. Somewhat mysterious (see pic!) they keep their intentions as masked as their faces, their tongues are firmly in their cheeks, but one thing is for sure: they plan to blow you away at the Basement Bash on the 28th.

indieberlin: Tell us something about yourself that you always wanted to say but no one has ever asked you yet.
– We look better than we sound.
indieberlin: If you had to describe your music to a deaf person, what would you say?
– It’s good music.
indieberlin: If your music was a movie, which genre would it be in?
– Horror.
indieberlin: Tell us a secret about yourself.
– We are shy.
indieberlin: Where do you get your inspiration from?
– Netflix.
indieberlin: What was the nicest compliment you once got?
– ‘You should find a bass player.’
indieberlin: With whom would you never share the stage with?
– African Elephant – too big man!!
indieberlin: In ten years you look back to today and think:_____________
– Nice look dude.
indieberlin: Do you see your songs in colour or in black and white?
– In colour – we don’t do post punk lol.
indieberlin: Do you want to greet somebody ;-))?
– The guy who said that a bass player would be missing. Hey bro!
